You're invited to join Seth as we discuss what this crazy little thing called Flow is, where to find it and how to access it to level up your communication and leadership skills.
  • Case Study in Building a PMO from the Ground Up - Huriya Manzar

Recently, PMI acquired the PMO Global Alliance, highlighting the importance of PMOs to project success. PMO-related topics were also a central theme in the recent Global Summit in Atlanta. Pierre Manh, President and CEO of PMI said "PMOs are essential to raising project success, they are essential to doing it responsibly. They are essential to what PMI wants to accomplish."
It is safe to say that understanding and maximizing the value of PMOs will continue to be a key theme in 2024. Join Huriya Manzar, who will draw from her extensive experience and expertise and share a case study on creating a PMO from the ground up.
