Many organizations choose to grow and diversify through mergers and acquisitions. This session will provide an overview and tips for managing mergers and acquisitions projects and project teams.

Facilitator: 
Betsy Steele

Betsy Steele is a certified Project Manager and has worked in both Human Resources and IT departments, primarily in hospital and health care settings. She is currently the Director of HR/HCM Projects at Montefiore Medical Center. In this capacity, she supports the HR and Payroll teams in various types of projects, including ERP and HCM implementations and mergers and acquisitions.
