Bob enjoyed a successful career at IBM as an Executive Project Manager. He retired from that career just a few years ago. He continues to maintain his PMP credentials and gives back to the project management community as a volunteer, mentor and speaker. Following his career at IBM, Bob trained at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and is certified as an Executive Coach. In addition to maintaining an active coaching practice, Bob serves as an
Associate Trainer for the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. Bob’s coaching training and work have earned him the ACC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation. He has recently been elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the New York City Chapter of the ICF. This position provides him the opportunity to coach, support, guide and mentor some of New York City’s most accomplished coaches.

Bob has developed and presented his leadership training workshops in cities around the globe, including Chicago, New York and Stockholm, Sweden. While his passion and focus are to coach PMI Professionals, his clients also include an international opera singer, the Emmy award nominated director of the Late-Night Show with Stephen Colbert, and many successful business owners.

Bob is known in the coaching community for providing technical, professional leadership skills that help transform his clients into inspiring leaders.
