A $20 donation per person is required. PMIW will further contribute a $10 donation per participant.
If you are unable to participate at the event, you may still make a donation to The Fuller Center through PMIW by selecting a donation amount on the registration page!

You can print the form, sign it, and bring it with you to the work site, or you can sign one of the copies we will have there. You can also download the form here.
