Over the past decade, the Agile approach to project management has gained traction. Since its introduction, the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI‐ACP®) credential has become the fastest growing of PMI’s eight (8) professional certifications. This 5-Saturday class (October 13, 20 and 27, and November 3 and 10) will satisfy two objectives. The first objective is to introduce participants to Agile basics, the most popular Agile methodologies, and key Agile tools and techniques. The second objective is to help participants prepare to sit for the PMI‐ACP® exam. Students will learn test‐taking tips, participate in class exercises, and answer sample test questions in order to prepare for the certification exam. The course is ideal for busy professionals who want to both learn about Agile approaches and prepare to pass the PMI‐ACP® certification exam.
