Presentation:
Executives today recognize the need to leverage technology as a strategic asset to enhance customer value, improve operational processes, and re-engineer business models. As a result, technology-driven project requests are increasing dramatically and tactical governance processes need to be aligned with a strategic IT governance model. This has a tremendous impact on your role as a Project Manager as you work with your IT/Business colleagues to ensure that the portfolio of strategic projects is governed appropriately.
This session will explore examples of strategic projects implemented by Fortune 100 companies, a Strategic IT Governance model, and an assessment tool to measure the strategic maturity of your governance process, identify potential gaps, and actions required to improve your maturity level.
