Marketing is not just something for Madison Avenue. Marketing needs to be part of every project manager's tool set in order to ensure project success. This session will include a presentation on how marketing impacts a project and a discussion of how marketing skills would help various real-life scenarios.

Ellen holds an MBA in Marketing and Production Management from the University of Chicago. She has four decades of experience in process improvement, technology, and as a senior project manager. Ellen is recently retired and balancing volunteering, gardening, being a grandmother, and deciding which of her many areas of interest to enjoy now that she (sort of) has time.
