Objective |
Bring in vendors to the PMI Chapter Meetings and drive revenues through sponsorships.

Responsibility |
1. Maintain list of vendor contacts and engagements
2. Contact vendors to build interest in participating in and sponsoring chapter meetings. Try to get full sponsorship of the meeting when possible.
3. Coordinate vendors with VP of programs to make sure we do not have a conflict with the vendor and other speakers
4. Greet vendors as chapter meetings and provide them with a pop-up sign (8.5x11). We have a template for this just fill in the names, company and contact information. Help vendor with any logistics (ex: slides or handouts)
5. Encourage vendor to provide giveaways, such as promotional items or raffles. For example, software vendors sometimes give a free copy of their software and education providers sometimes give free or discounted classes.
6. Provide basic information for vendor page on PMI website

Objective |
Assure information concerning transactions and financial position is accurate and available on a timely basis. Assure that income due to the Chapter is received and properly booked; assure accurate records of disbursements are kept. |

Responsibility |
Maintain a financial log in a program such as Quicken or QuickBooks. Develop reports on financial position. Use software to generate invoices. Back up the Treasurer for collection of registration fees at monthly chapter meetings. |

Production of accurate financial reports using the software. |
The Westchester Chapter has no other open board positions at this time. However the chapter is always interested in ideas for new programs and people to run them. To suggest a new chapter program that you would like to pilot contact Duff Bailey, Chapter President, president@pmiwestchester.org or call 914-263-5034.
Board directors and program managers can often use help in the form of committee volunteers. If you would like to get involved with an existing chapter program visit the Officers & Contacts page and contact the owner of the program and offer to help.
In addition to the satisfaction you receive by participating in programs and lending your support to your local PMI Chapter, service on the PMI chapter board for one year is worth 10 PDU's.
