MS Project Basics Workshop

Managing projects effectively requires understanding project needs and managing time, cost, and resource constraints to deliver quality products / services that are on-time and within budget.  This poses an ongoing challenge for project managers. PMP Exam Prep Study Series

PMI Westchester is pleased to offer a SPRING exam preparation/study series to further assist you to take the PMP Exam. New in 2008, it will be possible to earn 12 education contact hours with the completion of all class requirements including a simulated PMP exam on the PMI web site. This program requires a 6 week attendance commitment. If you are almost ready to take your exam, or just need a bit more study incentive, this is the group for you. Class size will vary, but a minimum of eight students is needed to begin a class. During class we review hundreds of sample examination questions. This helps each student to determine his/her readiness to sit for the exam. The session is fast paced, materials will be provided, light dinners are included, weekly home work assignments and simulated exams are mandatory.

Managing Multiple Projects Successfully - 2 courses

Learning to manage multiple projects successfully takes more than six (6) hours. It is a lifelong pursuit. The goal of the following two courses is to accelerate your multi-project experience, to concentrate what is all too often years of accidental experience into hours of purposeful and intensive learning.
