Overview: Are your projects being implemented on time, within budget and to the customer’s satisfaction? Are you feeling disconnected from the business? Are your compliance costs skyrocketing? Are your IT services being managed and utilized effectively? Is IT adding value to the business and how is that measured and recognized? Are IT initiatives being driven by the business or IT? Are you seamlessly blending internal resources with outsourcing initiatives to reduce costs and improve service delivery? Are you allocating sufficient resources to develop your people and processes to raise your level of IT maturity and effectiveness? What is the role of the PM in implementing and sustaining an effective and robust IT governance environment, policy and process?
These and other key issues have become a major concern of the executive management and CIOs in global enterprises in terms of business alignment, key and measurable IT contributions to the business, responsible and effective execution of IT initiatives and services and compliance with regulations and organizational policies.
