Scott Morrison will lead us in learning effective leadership for innovation in a cross-cultural environment, and how we can benefit from understanding cultural differences while building cross-cultural innovation teams.
Scott Morrison has had more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceuticals industry. As Vice President, Information Systems Prescription Medicines, he led Boehringer Ingelheim's Global IS Prescription Medicines group. Previously, he worked for Pfizer for more than 20 years, most recently as Vice President of Global Business Technology - Japan/Asia and Latin America. For five of those years, he was based in Tokyo, where as Member of the Board of Pfizer Japan, he formed the Business Technology-Japan division.
As a volunteer, Scott has served as Board Chair of United Way of Westchester and Putnam Counties, and as a board member of both United Way of New York State and 2-1-1 New York.
Scott received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from MIT, and completed an MS in Industrial Administration (MBA) at Carnegie Mellon University.
