Dr. Brandon will share highlights from his years of experience using survey and analysis tools and techniques to accelerate ideation, planning, problem-solving, and communications for project management practitioners by measuring stakeholder experience.

The objective is to offer insights into how survey and analysis tools and techniques can ramp up project manager efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.

The attendees will benefit in the following ways:

  2. Learn which tools and techniques to apply in different situations and scenarios.
  3. Appreciate the principles, practices, and power of stakeholder experience measurement.
