Dr. Brandon will share highlights from his research study exploring the key attributes of high performance teams in a virtual environment.

The objective is to offer insights into how project managers build high performance teams and share lessons learned by the participants in the webinar in a roundtable format.

He is certified as a PMP, ACP, and DASM by the PMI and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. He brings with him 50 years of professional experience with Project, Program, Portfolio, and Project Management Office.

Tim collaborates with colleagues at Northcentral University (NCU) and is the founder and principal consultant at North Star Pathfinder LLC (NSP).

Experiential lesson learning, high performance team building, and life-long personal and professional development have been key areas of interest throughout his 45-year professional practice.
Tim is now working for the pleasure of helping others become better project managers by coaching, mentoring, conducting research studies, writing papers and articles, and speaking at virtual meetings, webinars, and conferences.
