In this Breakfast Roundtable session we will discuss how to improve existing program management processes by minimizing waste and improving flow.
Sesha (Phonetic: Say-shah) Bhojanapalli has over 21 years of experience in IT. He started his career as a developer and gained expertise in Business Analysis, Project and Product Management skills and certifications.
Sesha, an experienced coach and trainer, strongly believes that Digital Transformations rock. As a well-versed practitioner, Sesha coaches and trains enterprises to imbibe Lean, Agile, DevOps and Systems Thinking values, principles and practices in their Digital Transformation to achieve Business and Organization agility. His work experience scales across various domains like Education, Pharmaceuticals, Finance, Manufacturing and Airlines.
Sesha has provided trainings to over 500 individuals in SAFe Framework. Trainings included SAFe certifications like SPC, RTE, SA, SSM, PO/PM, SP and SASM certification courses. He is an approved SPC co-trainer and pursuing his goal to become a SPCT.
Sesha has taught Scrum and Kanban frameworks. He also has presented in Kanban global summit in May 2019. Sesha has been a volunteer Scrum Alliance global summit papers reviewer for two years.
Sesha holds certifications with PMI and IIBA knowledge bodies and has rendered IIBA-CBAP, PMI-PMP and PMI-ACP trainings.
Sesha is a strong believer in meeting the teams and organizations where they are and together walk thru the continuing success of the transformation by assisting the teams as a Trainer, Mentor, Facilitator and Coach. He has trained over 100 teams in various frameworks with Lean-Agile values and principles as core competencies of the training.
Sesha is an avid golfer and doesn’t like to miss an opportunity to play a round.
