Recording of the Chapter Meeting presentation: 20221108_PMIW_Chapter_Meeting_Presentation.mp4

We’ve seen metrics used for both good and bad...when it comes to agile and agility, which metrics should we keep an eye on, and how do we use them to do good?

Patrick Campbell will be addressing the (potentially) sensitive topic of the use of metrics in Agile efforts and environments, principles to help you think about how and where to apply them, and sharing examples. His goal is to make you more comfortable and confident with your selection and application of them in your own situation.
