Zoom recording of the Chapter Meeting presentation: 20210914_PMIW_September_Chapter_Meeting_Presentation.mp4
We live in a rapidly changing environment. Change is everywhere. This time we'll speak of the heart of any change, its engine, fuel, the main power and resistance. We'll speak of us, humans. Maria Wade knows how to not just survive but thrive through organizational change and want to share this knowledge with you. We'll answer the questions: Why does change happen? Why does it look so unexpected? Can you wait it out? Can the change be beneficial for you? What to do to win, not just to try not to lose?
Maria will introduce the ADKAR Model that will help you facilitate change whether you are the target of the change or you are the one wanting to make a change happen. During the presentation we'll:
- Clarify a change process
- Identify different roles in the change process
- Learn what you have to understand to succeed
- Learn what kind of behavior will damage you
- Learn tools that will make change beneficial for you
