Presentation file from the session: 20210219_L&L_PM's_Practical_Guide_to_Lessons_Learned.pdf
The capture and publication of lessons learned throughout the life of a project is considered standard practice by formal project management methodologies. Yet, project teams struggle to identify lessons and create best practices to be shared with the project-based organization. Because project knowledge management (PKM) is not functioning effectively and consistently, project managers, project teams, and the organizations are negatively impacted. The presentation provides practical advice on how to implement learning from project experience, based on best practices identified in the scholarly literature on PKM theory and practice.
