Conflict in a project is inevitable. For example, the introduction of new requirements at the last minute can cause conflict among vendors, staff and stakeholders. During this Breakfast Roundtable, we will discuss the common sources of conflict and how they affect projects. We will also discuss practical tools and tips that help Project Managers address and resolve conflict.
