Presentation file from the session: 20210126_BR_Heroine_Hero_Journey.pdf

I’m inviting leaders who are curious to learn why only 20% of adults fully make the transition from the Reactive to Creative Mind. It’s the major transition in most adults’ lives. In the Mythic literature, it is called the Heroine’s Journey or the Hero’s Journey. It is not for the faint of heart. Are you curious to learn more? You will be able to put your knowledge to work right away!⠀I'm going to introduce the framework behind the Leadership Circle Profile (a developmental 360-degree assessment) that I use in my practice and find very powerful. I'll show you how different Leadership Styles impact your Leadership Effectiveness and how Leadership Effectiveness is correlated to Business Performance.
