Raymond L. Francis is a Business and Systems Integration Consultant on the Oracle / PeopleSoft – F&EP (Finance & Enterprise Performance) / Infor CloudSuite platform. He has over 25 years of Information Technology experience with 10 years of experience in management consulting. Ray has over 15 years of experience on PeopleSoft FMSC and HCM systems. His areas of expertise include: procurement to payables (PTP), Inventory, GL, AM, AR & billing process design, and system implementation. His industry experience includes Healthcare, Energy, Transportation, State and Federal agency. Additionally, Ray has managed all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle.
