Phebe Ong is IT Security Operations Director at World Vision International, which is one of the largest nonprofit, Christian humanitarian organizations dedicated to working with children, families, and their communities worldwide to reach their full potential by tackling the causes of poverty and injustice. She has more than 20 years of international, cross functional and cross cultural professional experience in Project/Program Management, Analytics, Process Improvement and Risk Management at U.S. Fortune 500 companies. Her LEAN Six Sigma and continuous improvement experience have enabled her to lead teams to deliver on numerous business improvement, business impact design, service and change management initiatives involving Blockchain, the Cloud and other emerging technologies.
