In this session, Lenny Shields will review approaches for leveraging Business Process Management tools to identify organizational Key Process Indicators and better practices to implement business intelligence dashboard reporting.

Lenny is an executive leader with 30 years of experience in banking, capital markets, insurance, and city government. He began his career in mortgage banking in internal audit and over the course of his career has moved from analyst to senior leadership roles across banking operations, trading, strategic account management, client servicing, information technology, strategy, business transformation, business process reengineering and large-scale program management delivery.

As part of many of his roles, he has built out lines of businesses with revenue growth targets and budget responsibilities of greater than $1 billion. He has deployed and re-engineered functional disciplines including marketing, finance, legal, human resources, technology and operations at the enterprise and line of business levels. He has a strong revenue, customer centric, branding, and entrepreneurial based mindset.

For the past two years as Transformation and Change Leader in the New York City First Deputy Mayor’s Office he is transforming policies and processes to enable agencies to provide enhanced services to the New York City community and the constituents that these agencies serve.
