Required education and/or certifications: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Business or Finance,MBA is preferred.
Required Skills : Person with 10 + years of experience in the financial industry with considerable amount of Project Management experience.  Bachelor’s / Master’s in Business or Finance with good Communication and MBA is preferred.  Relationship skills, a go-getter with a focus and commitment on getting things done. Should have demonstrated these skills in his/her previous position(s). Experience working with offshore teams and managing delivery through off-offshore teams will be a big plus.  
Job Description: Responsible for managing Customer Technology Development Group. Will build and manage CTD project office teams for pre-sales, post-sales delivery and execution and offshore delivery coordination functions.  Will also be responsible to support business development team for pre-sales support to work with customers, understand/analyze business requirements, and coordinate design for solutions, effort estimation, and proposal responses.
·        Manage project execution through delivery groups to deliver solutions ontime within budget.
·         Manage coordination, scheduling and assignments of project tasks.   Will be responsible for teambuilding, maintaining working relationships with client functional areas outside of IT.  
·        Adheres to company standards developed within the framework of the CMM, applies project development methodologies and reporting techniques to indicate project status
