Our client, the leader
in Subscription and Membership Customer Management, is looking for an
experienced project manager to implement their full line of on-demand database
solutions. They specialize in designing, implementing and delivering THE SINGLE
CUSTOMER VIEW, allowing their clients to see their customers across all of
their channels in order to more clearly retain, renew, cross-sell, up-sell and
create new products based on a total understanding of their client and prospect
universe.
The company is looking for Project
Managers to plan and implement their hosted solutions for clients and
prospects.
Responsibilities include:
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders,
estimate the resources and skills needed to achieve implementation goals
Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend budget subsequent budget
changes where necessary
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
Track project milestones and deliverables
Ideal candidates should have 5+ years
project management experience (PMI certification preferable). Excellent written
and spoken communication skills essential.
