Amount of travel: 20%

Required skills: BS in Construction Management, Engineering or related field plus 6 to 8 years Leadership experience on construction projects. Residential experience is a must with combination Commercial a plus.

Required education and/or certifications: BS degree in Construction Management or Engineering

Job Description: Responsible for determining resources needed for project. Will collaborate with pre-Construction Services. Will create the construction schedule and an organization and responsibilities matrix at the start of each project and responsible for review with all participants to ensure work is completed on time within budget. Responsible for all project budgets. Responsible for MBE requirements reporting. Must be able to build relationships with the customers that reflects firm’s core values. Responsible for communications with all suppliers and subcontractors to make sure they understand performance standards related to predetermined schedules, plans and specifications. Evaluate and direct responsibility for training and developing your team. Will manage the project closeout process to settle all financial obligations, demobilize all resources, and transition the project to the customer.
