Salary: $200K + Bonus

 

Responsibilities:

-The Right Placement Relationship Manager is responsible for effectively assisting internal clients with the development and implementation of a resourcing strategy for their organizations.

-As a result of this strategy, the Right Placement Relationship Manager will be engaged by internal clients to implement the strategy.

-This may included but is not limited to sourcing work to Development Centers , and external suppliers.

-The Right Placement Relationship Manager will also responsible for effectively managing our sources of supply, T&M contractors, Development Centers and our external suppliers.

-In this regard, the Right Placement Relationship Manager is responsible for knowing CIB Technologys utilization of the supplier, the suppliers capabilities (both utilized by CIB Technology and unexploited by CIB Technology), and assisting internal clients with issue resolution with the supplier.

 

1. Build and maintain working relationship w/STLTs and SMTs

a. Assists in the development and implementation of the resource strategy

b. Provide tools and best practices for sourcing initiatives

 

The Right Placement Relationship Manager does this by utilizing best practices and tools, the application of their IT experience, and leveraging of team knowledge around resource strategy initiatives in other parts of the firm. This is done to help the internal clients get the very best mix of employees, consultants, supplier resources and Development Centers resources to deliver IT solutions. This best mix implies a mix providing high quality resources, at a fair market price, with flexibility to meet the clients changing needs.

 

2. Build and manage working relationships with the firms IT Preferred Suppliers

a. Develop in collaboration with Procurement our supplier strategy based upon the firms needs and priorities

b. Identify qualified sources of IT resources

c. Develop/maintain contact with key supplier decision-maker to ensure the firm fully leverages the suppliers expertise/capabilities

d. Track suppliers capabilities, performance and behavior

 

The Right Placement Relationship Manager does this by frequent meetings with the suppliers, utilizing performance feedback from internal clients, and reviewing industry information about the supplier. This is done to ensure CIB Technology has a suitable set of qualified IT suppliers with which projects can be executed.

 

3. Manage the sourcing process in collaboration with Procurement (RFIs RFQs & RFPs) and negotiate, manage and monitor supplier agreements. The Right Placement Relationship Manager does this by utilizing best practices/tools, their sourcing experience, and his excellent client relationships. This is done to professionally source IT work and derive the highest value from every project utilizing IT consultants.

6. Financial Services Business Knowledge

7. In depth understanding of the global IT market and trends

8. Deep and broad Technology Proficiency

a. Applications development/maintenance experience

b. Infrastructure

 

9. Broad Sourcing Proficiency

a. Experienced in the various sourcing options (T&M/Fixed Price, onsite, offsite, offshore, and package implementation)

b. Strong knowledge of RFI/RFQ/RFP process

c. Experienced with the key aspects of AD / technical legal contracts including metrics and service level agreements

 

10. Ability to work independently and Strong analytical skills

-Ten years of pertinent experience

-Master degree desired, Bachelors degree required
