Job Title – Creative Project Manager

 

Job Location  - Norwalk, CT

 

Duration – This is a Direct Placement with our client

 

Salary Range – Up to $140K base with a 20% Bonus

 

Amount of Travel – Minimal

 

Description – The Creative Project Manager  is responsible for the merchandising and codification of the overall production process, functional management and guidance of all production resources (which includes the creation of this discipline within our organization), maintenance of proper staffing across the group, and key liaison with the Marketing, Technology, Creative, Sales, and Product teams.

 

 

 

·Create and maintain an company-wide understanding of how interactive projects are conceived, communicated, executed, and tracked within the company and across vendors and partners

 

·Collaborate with Marketing, Technology, Creative, Sales, and Product teams to establish goals, timing, and budget.

 

·Track, report and regulate major production issues, significant business development needs, as well as program reports and results.

 

·Update senior management on account activity, opportunities and challenges.

 

·Build and cross train production team and ensure knowledge transfer across all team members.

 

·Keep up with industry trends and integrate the intelligent use of project management and production processes into strategic recommendations.

 

·Provide both hands-on as well as supervisory involvement depending on the requirements of the project(s) within the pipeline.

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

 

 

·BA/BS degree required

 

·10+ years experience Interactive marketing & project management

 

·Strong Interactive marketing expertise with an integrated marketing perspective.

 

·Experience building, managing and coaching teams of project management professionals

 

·Experience with MS Project and the ability to merchandise its adoption across the company

 

·Dynamic leadership, diplomacy, management and team building skills

 

·Ability and proven track record of process development and implementation within a digital marketing environment

 

·Excellent project and financial management skills

 

·Outstanding and persuasive client facing skills

 

·Knowledge of all agency functional areas; including production, technology, user experience, creative, media, research and database management skills

 

·Strong Interactive marketing expertise with an integrated marketing perspective.

 

·PMI Certification or Lean Six Sigma experience a strong plus
