Job Description:

 

* Ownership of day-to-day production issue identification and resolution of mission-critical systems

 

* Manage team of 1-2 technology professionals in a matrixed organization

 

* Coordinate and provide oversight to vendor teams responsible for development of systems

 

* Work closely with functional process owners to provide project-level management of IT initiatives including prioritization, resource planning, tracking, and expectation management

 

* Partner with leadership team to understand business objectives and recommend technology solutions that support these objectives

 

* Develop solutions in support of these initiatives and objectives

 

* Provide leadership team with timely IT Program updates including project status and root cause analysis on missed deadlines and associated corrective action

 

* Use project management methodology to monitor timelines, prioritize and execute assigned portfolio of projects

 

* Lead in discussions with development and business teams regarding implementation and design of business process

 

* Identify major areas of improvement and drive results

 

* Monitor and Manage all system performance to meet business requirements and agreed service levels

 

* Ensure all technology solutions include appropriate controls that comply with Sarbanes-Oxley Requirements

 

* Create and Maintain Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans for all SOX level 1 systems

 

Qualifications

* Bachelor**s degree or equivalent work experience

 

* 5+ years previous experience in Information Technology and/or Software Management

 

* Application and Development Leadership - Demonstrated application and development experience both in terms of establishing application design and developing enhancements in compliance to overall system strategy

 

* Application Development - Implementation experience with highly configurable third-party packages

 

* Team Management - Demonstrated team leadership working across a matrixed environment, including IT staff members, global development contractors (both onshore and offshore), consultants and vendors

 

* Project Management - Demonstrated project management experience including management of multiple (3 or more) IT projects, within the constraints of scope, time and resources and to achieve overall project objectives aligned to business strategy

 

* IT Controllership - Knowledge of IT controllership methodologies and standards and demonstrated experience though project execution compliant with systems development life cycle methodology

 

* Change Acceleration - Knowledge of CAP tools and demonstrated use of change acceleration in across new processes and controls* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment

 

* Broad experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies

 

* Experience leading and executing through virtual teams including off-shore resources

 

* Proven vendor management skills

 

* Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.

 

* Must be willing to succumb to a drug test and background check as part of the onboarding process
