The ISE is currently recruiting a dynamic individual to join it team as a Project Manager. In this role, the selected candidate will manage the overall process of planning, scheduling and controlling the project from initiation to project closeout to ensure timely completion including creating, monitoring and closing out integrated project timelines; managing budget and resource expenditures and assisting in the optimization of resource allocation and processes. Additionally, you will facilitate effective communication among all project-related parties; interact with internal customers regarding timelines, deliverables and financial objectives; and other project related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities to include:

• Develop project plans, schedules, detailed budgets, risk & issue profiles, and tracking against these in order to deliver products on-time and within budget.
• Liaise with the project's sponsor's, project team and steering committees
• Ensure all project requirements and objectives are properly documented, agreed upon and vigorously monitored
• Obtain and manage all necessary staff (internal and external) in the delivery of the project objectives. Ensure timely and efficient use of these resources to meet the agreed timeframes.
• Facilitate communication upwards to Steering Committee, and downwards to the Project Team.
• Track and report progress on all projects
• Document and monitor all issues and risks which may impact the projects
• Close down all projects upon their completion
• Enhance existing, and develop new tools to help Project Managers to consistently deliver quality products.
• Mentor and train others within the organization to embrace the 'Project Culture' and to elevate their project management skills.

Experience Required/Results Expected:

• Position requires strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all levels across various internal departments.
• Ability to understand the business strategy of the company and how you can best contribute to achieving the corporate goals.
• Ability to lead project teams and to think in innovative ways while keeping the specific desired results in focus.
• Skilled in team dynamics.
• Personable with outstanding communication skills.
• Excellent writing skills.
• High comfort level with systems and technology.
• Proficient in MS Project and MS Office Suite.
• College degree required; MBA and/or professional certification (PMP) preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a project manager.
