Job Description:

Major HOSPITALITY AND HOTEL COMPANY in White Plains, NY is seeking an Interactive Marketing Project Manager for a long term contract. 

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Project Manager will work in the Interactive Marketing group to support site enhancement and development activities. In this capacity, the PM will lead and manage the brand marketing team, the creative team and the technical team through the systems development life cycle.  Responsibilities will include working closely with these parties and respective business owners to ensure that project objectives are clearly understood, communicated and fulfilled.  The PM will be responsible for establishing and supporting best practices. The PM should possess excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills. The PM should be experienced in managing and leading in a changing environment. 

 

KEY SKILLS, ABILITIES & COMPETENCIES

· Four to six years of project management experience

· Demonstrated experience managing web development projects

· Ability to manage multiple projects at once

· Creation and management of project schedules using MS Project

· Resource planning and management

· Managing business and functional requirements development

· Planning and reviewing project artifacts and deliverables

· Facilitating communication across team members and stakeholders

· Managing third-party vendors involved in the development and execution of projects

· Coordinating among cross-functional teams to identify, manage and resolve issues and risks.

· Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio

 

Education/Certification

· BA or BS required
