To pay by check:
  1. Print this page.
  2. Print your contact information at the top of the class selection form.
  3. Select classes by circling the amount you are paying for each class.
  4. Enter the selection total at the bottom of your column.
  5. Make a copy for your records.
  6. Write a check payable to PMI Westchester for the total amount.
  7. Mail the form and check to:

  8. Send Peter an email letting him know your selection is coming.. 
  9. He will send you a confirmation email when your check arrives.
  10. Checks must arrive by end of day Thursday before class, but if enrollment is low the class will be cancelled and tuition fully refunded, so to ensure it runs enroll at least a week before class.

Notes:

  • Discounts: To take advantage of the Chapter Member rate you must be a chapter member at class time.   Instructors cannot enroll you as a chapter member. At least a week before class follow the instructions at How to Join to ensure you are on the chapter membership list.

  • Registration Deadline: Your check must be received the Thursday before class, but if enrollment is low the class will be cancelled, so to ensure it runs enroll at least a week before class.

  • Cancellation & Refunds: 100% of the class fee will be returned if cancellation is received before the registration deadline.
