Steve
Janiszewski has 25+ years experience in software
development, management, and process improvement. While Manager
of AlliedSignal’s Software Engineering Department, Steve helped that
site achieve CMM Level 4 − AlliedSignal’s first. He was
also Director of Honeywell’s Corporate System and Software Six Sigma
organization. Steve has consulted on applying software processes
to aerospace, medical instrumentation, industrial automation, and automotive
and financial systems. He is a SEI authorized PSP instructor and
TSP Launch Coach, and holds a MS and Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics from
NYU.
