Topic:

Winning the War on Retaining Brain Power

Like many organizations today, the head of technical training of Wyeth Pharmaceutical Information Systems was faced with a dilemma. How could they retain their Best and Brightest project managers, offer them target training programs while not pulling them away from their jobs and most importantly, how would they find the money to pay for it?

One of the most difficult applications within organizations today is the ability for employees to communicate and be heard in the organization. Wyeth listened to the needs of their employees and found a solution that took those needs into account. Through communication, application and education, everyone at Wyeth wins the war with cost effective training that gave employees more credentials and reasons to stay.
