PMI Westchester Mentoring Program

Welcome to the PMI Westchester Mentoring Program

Welcome to the PMI Westchester Mentoring Program which provides an opportunity for members of the chapter to both share experiences and develop project management skills.  The intended benefits include individual professional development, the rewards of significant professional relationships, and the potential to earn PDUs.

The mentoring program is designed to provide one-on-one coaching to protégés who want to develop specific career skills. Mentors and protégés are paired based on areas of interest and information provided to the Mentoring Program Manager. Once mentors and protégés have been paired, it is their mutual responsibility to determine a meeting schedule and a development plan for working together.

Getting Started

To get started in the mentoring program, please download the appropriate application below, and send the completed application to the PMI Westchester Mentoring Program Manager, Jeffrey Zonenshine, at mentor@PMIWestchester.org.   Once an appropriate match has been determined, you will be contacted and provided with additional information to complete the process.
