PMO Administration/Junior Project Manager

Required skills:

5+ years Financial Industry PMO experience

Experience helping set up a basic PMO

Experience monitoring projects, budgets, and resources

Experience with Hewlett Packard’s Project and Portfolio Management (HP PPM) software is required

Ideally a Junior Project Manager with Financial Industry PMO and Project Administration experience  

Project Administration skills desired:

·         Managing Budgets/Project Governance using HP PPM  

·         Checking exception reports from HP PPM

·         Ensuring project resources are leveled and nobody is over / under allocated

·         Monthly slides to update for status on projects

·         Potentially helping think about a process for better gauging cost/benefit analysis


Required education and/or certifications:  

4 Year Degree


Job Description:

Work for C-Level PMO Financial Services Executive who runs a multi-million dollar project budget with many workstreams, projects etc. This role involves helping with monitoring budgets, resources, etc. Basically a PMO Project Administrator with additional PM skills. Requires experience using HP PPM.
