Project Manager

Location: Westchester/Brewster office opening the end of March

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall success of the project. The Project Manager ensures the success of the project by developing and implementing the project plan for each customer engagement. The plan will develop and implement processes around schedule, communication, risk and quality. This clearly defined plan is used by the Project Lead Engineer, the Project Team and Customer for the achievement of the project objectives/deliverables, providing customer satisfaction and controlling
change while managing budgets/finances to ensure project profitability for the organization. 

Essential Responsibilities/Accountabilities

Use project processes to:

·  Work with team to define plans and schedules.

·  Manage and track project tasks and milestones. Identify resource requirements.

·  Work with resource manager to assign resources to project activities.

·  Monitor project progress.

·  Manage/monitor project team.

·  Lead status meetings/calls.

·  Manage change control and deviations from defined Statement of Work.

·  Manage project budgets to meeting project targeted financials.

·  Project documentation.

Minimum Qualification

·  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

·  Superior customer skills and customer focus. 3-5 years experience in a customer facing capacity.

·  3-5 years experience managing IT projects.

·  Superior written and verbal communication skills, management skills and motivational skills.

·  Ability to communicate effectively with customer and Annese management on project status and issues.

·  Ability to solve problems effectively, manage issues as they arise and escalate issues when necessary.

·  Self motivated, independent, highly organized and detail oriented individual working in a fast paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously.

·  Professional appearance and attitude.

·  Understanding of Cisco Unified Communications systems is preferred.

·  Strong technical leadership is preferred.

·  Project Management Professional or Certified Associate Project Management certifications preferred.

·  Proficient using MS Office Suite, MS Project, and CRM tools.
